Over twenty-five years building custom homes
We know how important your roof is, and how to get it right.
Homes, commercial buildings and metal roofs across Texas. Repaired properly, replaced when it's genuinely time, and stood behind either way.
Why this is hard
Most owners
never stand on
their own roof.
That's the whole problem, and it's the same whether it's a house or a warehouse. You're buying work you can't inspect, in materials you can't identify, from a trade Texas doesn't license. When it's over you get a handshake and an invoice, and you find out whether it was done right the next time it rains hard.
Which is why so much goes wrong up there. Someone knocks after a hailstorm and wants a signature before they leave the porch. A quote arrives for a roof nobody climbed. The cheapest bid comes from a crew nobody can find once the shingles start lifting.
On a commercial building it goes wrong more quietly and costs more. The roof gets patched by whoever was available that week, nobody writes down what they did, and five years later no one can tell you what is actually up there.
And the money is in replacements. A full tear-off pays several times what a repair does, so nearly everyone in the chain has a reason to tell you the roof is finished. A contractor willing to say it can be repaired is arguing against his own invoice.
What you can expect
How we like to work.
- You see what we sawWe take photos up there and go through them with you. It's the only way to see work you were never going to climb up and check yourself.
- Everything in writing, firstWhat we found, what it needs, what it costs. If something changes the price, we talk about it before it lands on the invoice.
- Your claim stays yoursWe won't ask you to sign your claim over to us. We'll document the damage for your adjuster, and the claim stays in your name.
- Repair before replacePlenty of roofs have life left in them. When yours does, we'd rather say so than sell you a tear-off.
What we do
Everything a roof needs.
Most shops pick a lane: houses or buildings. We do both, and the upkeep in between.
Residential
Shingle, metal and tile. Repairs, full replacement and storm damage on Texas homes.
›Commercial
Flat and low-slope systems for buildings, plus scheduled maintenance.
›Metal
Standing seam and panel systems for homes, shops and agricultural buildings.
›Repair & Maintenance
Leak tracing and the small fixes that keep a roof out of the replacement conversation.
›Gutters
The other half of the water system. Installation, repair and cleaning.
›How it works
Three steps, no surprises.
Take the estimate, think it over, get a second opinion if you want one. We'll still be here.
Tell us what's going on
A leak, storm damage, an old roof you're worried about, or a building you need looked after.
We get on the roof
We look at it properly, photograph what we find, and put the estimate in writing.
Then we do the work
Done properly, cleaned up after, and stood behind. After that we're the number you call next time.
Know what you're dealing with
Anyone offering to waive your deductible is breaking Texas law.
It gets pitched as a favor. "We'll cover your deductible, the roof won't cost you a dime." It's illegal here, and a contractor willing to break that law during the sales pitch is telling you how the rest of the job will go.
You ought to be able to tell a real roofer from a passing truck, whether or not you ever call us. So we wrote down how.
Let's take a look at your roof.
Tell us what's going on and we'll come look. You'll get a written estimate and a straight answer.
